TIMING: These products are crafted especially for you upon order, which adds a little time to our delivery but helps reduce waste to keep it sustainable. Most orders arrive in 1-2 weeks (3-7 business days to fulfill then 3-4 business days to ship within the US, international may be longer).

TRACKING: You will receive a tracking link via email when the order ships out.

NOT ARRIVED: If your order hasn’t arrived after two weeks, check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If the shipping address was correct, email mollie@mthoodalpinechalet.com and include your order number. For lost packages, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.

RETURNS: If there’s something wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right! Please let us know within one week by contacting us at support@mthoodalpinechalet.com and include your order number and pictures of the wrong/damaged product.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: At this time, we only offer refunds or exchanges if the product is wrong or damaged. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description. If something is not right, please let us know at mollie@mthoodalpinechalet.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number with supporting photos and information.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
